These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Seek mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Merchant Protocol LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Seek app, you agree to these Terms.
Seek is a Bible reading and community app. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your personal information and account data will be permanently removed from our servers.
You may post content including comments, reactions, and live video broadcasts ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Seek a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Service and in marketing materials.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
Seek offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.
Seek is free to download and use for core features. A subscription is not required to read the Bible or participate in the community.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content and Bible text) are the exclusive property of Merchant Protocol LLC. The King James Version (KJV) Bible text is in the public domain. Other Bible translations may be available through the Service and are used under license from their respective rights holders.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Seek is not a substitute for professional pastoral, spiritual, or mental health counseling.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merchant Protocol LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time from within the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you through the app and update the date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
